Gurudeepika Yogkshem Foundation

The word Gurudeepika is a combination of two Hindi words Guru and Deepika. Guru means one who leads from darkness to light and Deepika is the name of the miniature lamp.

Thus, the meaning of ‘Gurudeepika’ is an attempt to spread the light by eradicating the darkness with a miniature lamp. Just as the sun gives nourishment, energy, vigor and life to the mother nature, similarly the light emitted by a small lamp at sunset proves helpful in the welfare of the universe.

This foundation, formed for the welfare of the people and nature, is determined for the welfare of the universe. 'Yoga' means to add something new and 'Kshem' means to protect whatever is available.

The aim of 'Gurudipika Yogaksham Foundation' is to become an embodiment of light before all beings and nature, which are in a state of absence due to lack of consciousness or neglect.
